- BOOKING WITH ME ONLINE - Square will requires a card to hold your appointment, this will not be charged until the time of appointment. At that time, you can choose whichever payment method you would like. 

 

- CANCELLATION POLICY - Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of appointment or 50% of the appointment will be charged. Very few exceptions will be made. 

 

- PAYMENT - All payment methods accepted.

 

- WASH LASHES DAILY - When lashes are not kept clean, dirt and oils can quickly build up causing the adhesive to break down and extensions to shed! Lash cleaner is available for purchase in studio. 

 

 

- FILL POLICY - Must have 50% of lashes to be considered a fill. If you wait more than 5 weeks to get a fill, you will be booked and charged as a full set. 

 

- REFUNDS + TOUCH UPS - There are no refunds on any services. If you are having any issues with your lashes and feel like you need them looked at/touched up, please contact me within 2 days of your appointment. I will make any changes for free. If you choose to wait until your next fill then you are subject to normal fill policies.

PLEASE NOTE: 

Every client's lashes are different, and the first 48 hrs is very critical to long lasting extensions. Once a client leaves the studio, it is their responsibility to take care of their lashes. If your lashes do not last at least a week form your appointment, please contact me to discuss the options to increase the longevity of your extensions.
