We require a card to hold your appointment per our cancellation policy. Your card will not be charged unless you cancel within the 24 hour window or

"No call/No show" your appointment.

 

Upon checkout, you can choose whichever payment method you would like. 

 

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY

Allow 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment and "No call/No show" will be a 100% charge.

 

PAYMENT

All payment methods accepted.

 

 

FILL POLICY

Must have 50% of lashes to be considered a fill.

 

We do offer "Salon Transfer Appointments" from other salons for an additional fee.

 

REFUNDS + TOUCH UPS 

There are no refunds on any services. If you are having any issues with your

lashes and feel like you need them looked at/touched up, please contact the studio

within 2 days of your appointment.

HOW TO PREP FOR LASH APPOINTMENTS

  • Avoid wearing waterproof mascara or mascara 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Arrive with freshly washed face and lashes. 

  • Avoid caffeine at least 1 hour before your appointment. Caffeine can cause eyelids to flutter. 

  • Use the restroom. You will be laying down for about 2-3 hours.

  • Wear comfy clothes

AFTERCARE 

Extension clients are required and expected to follow

all aftercare explained by their artist, to ensure optimal 

retention and maintain lash health.
