We require a card on file to secure your appointment, but don’t worry — it won’t be charged unless you cancel within 24 hours or miss your appointment.

Our system automatically sends reminder texts and emails leading up to your visit, so you’ll always know when you're scheduled.

When you check out, you’re welcome to use any payment method you prefer.

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY
Please allow at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.

All payment methods accepted.

FILL POLICY
Must have 50% of lashes to be considered a fill.
We do offer "Salon Transfer Appointments" from other salons for an additional fee.

REFUNDS + TOUCH UPS
There are no refunds on any services.
If you are having any issues with your lashes and feel like you need them looked at/touched up, please contact the studiowithin 2 days of your appointment.

HOW TO PREP FOR LASH APPOINTMENTS
​
+ Avoid wearing waterproof mascara or mascara 24 hours before your appointment.
​
+ Arrive with freshly washed face and lashes.
​
+ Avoid caffeine at least 1 hour before your appointment. Caffeine can cause eyelids to flutter.
​
+ Use the restroom. You will be laying down for about 2 hours.
​
+ Wear comfy clothes

HOW TO PREP FOR BROW APPOINTMENTS
​
+ Come with clean brows — no makeup, brow gel, or skincare products on or around the area.
​
+Skip retinol, AHA/BHA acids, or exfoliating products for at least 48 hours before your service.
​
+Hold off on tweezing, trimming, or waxing ahead of time — we’ll shape them perfectly for you.
​
+Avoid caffeine for about an hour beforehand to help reduce sensitivity.
​
+Use the restroom and get cozy — depending on the service, you’ll be with us for 30–60 minutes.
​

AFTERCARE
For the best results (and the longest-lasting beauty), please follow the aftercare your artist goes over with you — it helps keep your lashes and brows healthy and looking their best.
